We follow 5S in our factory for the ease of our work-force.
FACTORY
Paradigm International has a manufacturing facility spanning over 1,50,000 square feet in Karur. It houses our state-of-the-art production line, as well an in-house design studio. Our industrial engineers work in tandem with our intricate machinery to make sure the entire production process is carried out without flaw. Our factory is also built with Wal-Mart standards.
DESIGN STUDIO
Besides our local facilities, we also have an exclusive overseas design studio in staffed with leading European designers and in South America to get the touch of both modern and classic art and design.
SELECTION OF YARN
DYEING AND PROCESSING
We use premium quality dyes to give our products a stunning flavor. The dyeing process is done seamlessly in order to prevent smearing or uneven colouring. The quality of the dye is also the reason all of our products resist discolouration even after multiple washes. We also take utmost care in making sure our products are free from harmful chemicals and hazardous dyes.
WEAVING
In Paradigm, we merge tradition with innovation. We use latest hi-tech automated looms for flawless quality and hand-weaving for a dash of personal touch. Our loom shed is capable of a variety of weaves, the simple and elegant Striped weave, the complex and graceful Dobby weave, and everything in between. Our talented weavers work hard to create sophisticated Honeycomb patterns, various design patterns and breath-taking Jacquard designs.
PRINTING
We design patterns using CAD, and realize those using hi-tech printers. Our printers are capable of high-quality rotary printing, digital printing and screen printing.
SEWING
A well-designed textile is useless without good sewing to keep it together, our sewing department understands and acknowledges this. Our tailors work to bring you perfectly fitted and sewn products. Once sewing is done, we double check to make sure the product we bring you is of unmitigated quality.
CHECKING
Quality is our primary concern. We put a lot of effort into making sure our products are top-notch. Our products are checked during every stage of production by our experienced quality controllers by maintain AQL standards and Airport checking system technique(Metal detection). We also check the fabric quality in our testing lab to make sure we achieve perfection.
PACKAGING
The only thing more important to us than quality is customer satisfaction. Our products are meticulously stuffed and packed by our experienced and enthusiastic workforce. We ship out our deliveries on time, taking the destination and statutory requirements into account. We use the Chennai Port and the Tuticorin Port Trust for exports and also Mumbai port if requested.
ENERGY
Almost 80% of our factory uses Solar energy with an aim to conserve and save energy for betterment of the planet earth.
